CONCEPT ART - PROJECT TYPE

This commission request is for Clients who are looking for Concept Artists to work on projects related to creating Storyboards, High-end image boards, and concept art for Games, Storybooks, and Animation. By requesting this service, the Artist has full creative freedom over the request and will rely only on the theme or base concept provided by the Client.IMPORTANT: Please contact me directly for a price quotation.

SIMPLE ART REQUEST

What will you get: A base colored (headshot, half-body, and a full-body) illustration of a single character with or without a simple base color background of your choice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of art services ("Services") by Bunnie ("Artist") to you ("Client"). By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to these terms.SCOPE OF WORK ──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

⬩ 2D AnimationGENERAL TERMS ──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
1) The Artist will provide art services based on the agreed-upon brief or project proposal.
2) Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require a new agreement and may incur additional charges.
3) Rush orders will incur additional fees.
4) Clients paid in full will be prioritized.
5) The Artist STRICTLY PROHIBITS the use of any artwork for blockchain-related technology, including Cryptocurrency, NFT Art, and NFT Games.
6) The Artist STRICTLY PROHIBITS the use of any artwork in anything related to AI, such as AI training or datasets.PAYMENT ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
1) Payments are accepted only via PayPal.
2) Full payment is required before the Artist begins work on the request.
3) A half-payment option is available for reservations, but the Client may choose to pay the full amount upfront.
4) Payments should be made using the provided PayPal link or the PayPal icon in the catalog menu.
5) The Artist retains all rights to any deliverables until full payment is received.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY ───────────────────────────────────────────────────
1) No cancellations are allowed after work has commenced.
2) Refunds are not available after the artwork has been delivered. The Client agrees not to file any chargeback after the artwork is requested, during its creation, or after it is completed.
3) Refunds will only be granted if the Artist fails to fulfill the request for any reason. Partial refunds may be provided, depending on the progress of the artwork. Full refunds are not guaranteed.
4) If the Client violates these Terms and Conditions, the Artist reserves the right to cancel the request without issuing a refund.REVISIONS & UPDATES POLICY ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
1) The Client is entitled to up to 3 revisions during the creation process. Once the artwork is approved, further revisions will not be accepted.
2) Additional revisions beyond the 3 included will incur a fee of 35% of the base price.
3) Major revisions or updates will incur additional fees, depending on the scope of the changesCOPYRIGHT AND USAGE RIGHTS ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
1) The Client may NOT alter, resell, or redistribute the artwork without the Artist's explicit written permission.
2) Printing the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted, with or without crediting the Artist (Bunnie Pancakes).
3) The Client may use the artwork for marketing or merchandise purposes with credit to the Artist (Bunnie Pancakes).
